you are being recommended for admission是什么意思？

前几天收到这么一封信
We have completed the screening of your application to our Telecommunication, Information Studies and Media Master of Arts program for the fall 2012 semester.  We are pleased to announce that you are being recommended for admission.

We are working through the process of finalizing your admission forms, as well as formal letter detailing our recommendation.  Rachel Iseler will be sending that out via email and postal mail within the next few days.  However we know you have been waiting very patiently for the results and wanted to share the good news with you right away!

Thank you again for your continued patience.  We look forward to working with you and meeting you in the fall.

请问 being recommended for admission是什么意思呢？？？  小女感到十分疑惑啊  求解答~
