前employer 不愿意在我的I-983 final evaluation form 签名

在我的 last day, 我把 I-983 final evaluation form 给我前employer 签名, 当天没有回我. 等待了一天, 前employer 回我说 : "You are not our employee now, we will not sign you I-983 final evaluation form". 我觉得我前employer对我跳槽不爽, 故意找借口不签名. 我要如何办?

找了学校国际学生办公室，他们给了我一段话和链接，我发给HR，然后他们就签了。你把情况告诉学校，他们会回复你的

换雇主不用写final evaluation，那个是opt全部结束或是转成h1b时才写的

我申请opt extension的时候交的i983就没有以前雇主的签字。学校一样接收了，当然我的结果还没下来。仅供参考

昨天刚问过学校类似的问题， 下面是DSO回复， 希望帮到你。
The federal regulations state. “Similarly, the STEM OPT student will be required to submit the final evaluation within 10 days of the conclusion of his or her practical training opportunity. DHS generally expects employers and students to be able to complete all reporting in a timely manner.”
Therefore, we do need that final evaluation from your employer – I would forward them this email. It is mandatory, and they agreed to this upon the signing of the original I-983.
