The Department of Epidemiology andBiostatistics has accepted you with full standing as a PhD student in ourprogram, beginning August 23, 2010. Awarding of departmental tuition support orstipend is pending and will be determined in the next few weeks. You will benotified during the first week of April, 2010 regarding a funding decision.  

我理解应该是有钱的吧？

可前面说我被admitted with full standing。。 这又是什么意思呢
