网页上好像也没明说最低分数线。但是研究生院要求104

https://internationalaffairs.uch ... nguage-requirements应该是不要104的。而且官网也注明了有的学院可能会低于104.

the University policy for graduate and professional school students states minimum requirements; individual divisions or schools may require higher minimum scores.
For all the other programs 里面的FAQ
I took the IBT TOEFL and have an overall score of 104, but one of my sub-scores is below 26 and the program I am applying for requires at least 26 on each part. Do I have to retake the TOEFL?

是的，别的学院依旧是104。如果还是有疑问的话写信问小蜜是最妥的方法。

我听一个韩国哥们说，chicago的贝叶斯简直是掉渣天的炉火纯青，放在master档里也是数一数二的难申请了，phd真的是可以洗洗睡了，如果你还愿意浪费一下申请费的话。
