补一个Dream Project的red@Baruch

现在回想起来自己申请Baruch也是很坚持很辛酸了，从11月的提前批跪在一面，2月round2跪在Dan爸爸的二面，到最后一轮咬着牙坚持申请了round4居然收到了无面拒，之前在宣讲会上问过Tai-Ho，他说可以申请不同的round，结果貌似并不是这样= =，Baruch梦破灭了，顺便附上我的一二面的面经，求大米orz
2017.11 提前批一面 With Prof. Arguin

4.  What do you feel about Toronto （Prof Arguin是加拿大人，我之前去U of T交换过一个学期）
5.  X, Y independent, std normal dist, tell me something about 2X+Y and 7X-14Y
6.  f(x,y)=xy, (x,y) on unit circle, find maximum
7.  Risk-free rate = 0, call option: gain one dollar if over the strike, else no gain. Find the value of it.

2018.1 round2一面 Still with Prof. Arguin
上来和Arguin说上次提前批你面了我，然后他翻了翻notes说我记得你，你的数学很好但是金融有一些小问题，问我anything update after last interview，之后"I will directly push you into the second interview"，惊喜万分
2018.2 round2二面 with Dan

1.     CPP experience? Last time use CPP?

2.     How to overload an operator in CPP?

3.     What is a smart pointer?

4.     1,2,…,100, missing 2 numbers, find them? What is the formula of 12+22+…+n2? How do you prove it?

5.     Two ATM call options, with 6-month, 1-month time to maturity. Whose gamma is bigger and why? (BS model free)

6.     2xy-3x+6y with x, y in [-1,1], find the maximum?

7.     If dividend rate increases, how will the delta of the call option change? (based on BS)

8.     What is the probability of choosing three non-adjacent numbers from 1,2,…,10?

然后悲剧的拿到了rej，然后就没有然后了，申请季真的是一个很煎熬的过程，希望面经能给之后申请的学弟学妹们提供点助攻～

啊啊啊本来想尝试一下怎么用hide然后写错了orz

再次发现自己手抖把rej写成了red，心塞

二面的题用bs是不是不太好，请问Dan有让lz不用bs去直观地解释么

现在也不重要啦，恭喜楼主拿下理想的项目

同挂在Baruch第二轮T_T应该是最想拿的AD了。刚开始还挺有信心的，结果Dan面得真是跟以往面经完全不同，一些brain teaser的题目临场发挥的不太好，回忆起来还是很心酸
