I'm so excited to hear this news! Actually it is the best result I ever had. You are so kind to me these days and I'm very appreciate your efforts that helped me to get this fellowship.

Unfortunately, after deep thoughts, I figured out that a Ph.D's degree is too big for me and maybe I'm not ready for a contract as five or more years' long. So I'm afraid that I cannot go to WSU although both your research and the brochure of WSU are so attractive.

But I do know a girl, who is very outstanding and have a richer experience than me, also interested in the program. If I would go there, my skills may disppointed you, but she already works as a researcher for more than five years (she've got a M.S. degree). Here the attachment is her CV and I hope you can consider her as your Ph.D student. I believe her performance will impress you.

应该不可以。必须是已经申请了这个学校，并且还没有杯具的人才能被推
