第一次拿offer求大佬帮忙看看

创业小公司 怕有坑发个帖问问 感谢坛友！以下截取原文：
starting on May 07, 2018 and ending on August 24, 2018. In that position, you will report to XXX.

During your employment, you will be paid a base salary at the annual rate of USD 30,000.00. Your compensation will be paid in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll process, and subject to applicable tax and other withholdings. As an exempt employee, you will not be eligible for any overtime pay. This position is an intern position and your regular salary will be pro-rated based on a 40 hour work week.

实习生不应该是算时薪吗？他的意思是实习一共给3万还是按年收入3万来算月薪呢（每个月2500）？如果是后者在湾区岂不是活不下去？还要自己租房 所以如果有国内实习的话还要不要去呢？

按年收入3万来算，还不知道公司有无午餐供应，没别的机会倒贴钱也得做呀
