看之前有个帖子讲去年被rfe的过程，最后好像还是deny了，理由就是analyst不太需要advance degree。抖得要死现在。。。

认识几个engineer，都是无脑approve

毕业前用本科学位electronics and information technology抽签的，职位是software engineer，希望顺利通过🙏🙏

level2以上都比较稳 字数

无脑approve是川普上台之前的事情。他还要呆两年，甚至连任。他如果不给你们发rfe他政绩在哪里？

Hi, do you have any idea about "Financial Analyst"?

Actually, I didn't see any details about my file. I assume my case should be filed as "Financial Analyst".

Details: Contractor ( working in the 3rd location), Financial Analyst- ( Advanced), Wage Level2, 3 years of work experience, both of the staffing company and the actual working company are big companies  >2000, under OPT, both of the bachelor degree and master degree are Finance, responsible for FX trading management

I know someone entitled with FA last year got a reject, but his job level is 1.

However, I think the employer-employee relationship under OPT might be on the RFE list this year because of the new memo. (pls check http://immigrationgirl.com/stem- ... in-house-work-only/ for details)

yea, all I can do right now are crossing fingers and waiting.
I think my experience matches with my position, but don't know how does USCIS think about it.
