公立高中不素按学区分的吗？

都已经在加州了不得念个私利高中神马的，貌似我一个阿姨的儿子今年去了弯区某私利高中？ 非常贵的说……

勉强能来加州，还不到可以随意把孩子送去私立的水平。。。。
你也知道中国家长嘛，一切为了孩子着想

some private schools have alum donations to scholarship
a friend of mine has a son in such a program
it costs <50% the usual price, i think under 20k a year, 8th-12th grade. Slightly cheaper at lower grades.
the program looks phenomenal to me, with amazingly advanced courses in some areas, and broad and interesting coverage on many of the less common areas. I am amazed at how much the kid knows at such a tender young age. In a word, this school really convinced me that private education is well worth the $$$.
of course it is highly competitive to get in, but if the kid is really talented, this is a really cool way to get private education at half price.

公立也是湾区更强一点把，不过房子贵就是了。 不过对于刚来美国的孩子来说，显然LA更容易融入一点啊，华人多你懂的。。。

湾区的就业貌似挺好的，不过也只是听说，我只是路过来要跟萝卜的
