报一个跪经HR电面：基本上的就是问背景，介绍自己，介绍
团队。但HR挺无礼的。半个小时几乎每句话都打断我，不让我讲完。到后来真得有点怒了。job description上说可能会有一到两个direct report，我跟他确认，她说只是mentorship．她说为什么你这么在意？我说我想要累积management experience ，她说只会mentor两个senior data scientist，部会是direct report。口气很差地说不知道为什么我这么在意．我心想你们写在job description上我问还凶我，无言....隔周就收到拒绝信，不是很意外。不是很开心的电面。收到拒绝信的隔天glassdoor就被日本公司收购了。Job description在这:

我不是特别清楚。我面的是manager opening，不是new grad。我相信他们现在被并购之后组织一定会重整，肯定会很乱。喜欢的话就投投看吧。

谢谢啊。 HR是公司的门面，也是新创公司行政效率的一个重要标志。所以早点发现公司的问题也不是坏事！

想起我n年前面uber ,那个hr也是很无礼，其实值得吐槽的hr,hiring manager 我见过很多。随他去吧，move on, 别被它影响，好好准备下一个面试

这样的公司不去也罢。

我前几个月也面了data science组的HR，结果姐姐迟到了快二十分钟，上来没有两句就说glassdoor没有relocation package,最后把我给拒了。感觉是个conversation killer啊。。。

听起来真的很糟糕。不去也罢。不懂为什么HR platform自家的HR可以无礼成这样
