Basic qualification for recruitment for Young Talents
Age is generally below 40 years
Full-time employment in the post.

Young Talents Program can be divided into two parallel parts: the first part is Young Talents I; the second one is Young Talents II.
Specific qualifications for Young Talents I:
Successfully selected as winner of one of the “Four Youths” of the country, which are the “1000 Young Talents Plan” of the Central Organization Department, the “Young Talents” of the Central Organization Department, the “Youth Changjiang Scholars” of the Ministry of Education; or the “Outstanding Youth Science Fund”.
Specific qualifications for Young Talents II:
Fulfil one of the academic achievements:
(1)publish papers in “New England”, “Lancet”, “Nature”, “Cell”, “Science” or their subsidiary journals as the first author or correspondent in the past five years and total IF ≥40;
(2)publish papers indexed by SCI as the first author or correspondent in the past five years (In addition, there should be no less than 3 papers whose real impact factor must be at least 10 ). We calculate the real impact factor by an equation where total impact factor of the paper divided by the number of people sharing the same contribution to the paper equals the real impact factor.

Job responsibilities for Young Talents:
Focus on the development planning of the discipline and carry out frontier exploration and research
Actively undertake major national and major projects or research on leading issues that have a significant impact on the development of the country.
Acquire landmark results; or obtaining important discoveries that have an important impact and that are widely recognized by domestic and foreign counterparts or in the field

Young Talents Treatment:
Young Talents I
1.the position of professor and phd tutor
2.abundant research rewards (bonus)
3.Provide annual salary of 800 thousand yuan (before tax)
4.Set a home fee of 2-3million yuan (National Funding included) and provide convenient temporary houses
5.form an academic team to provide the necessary space needed for lab and office; provide research start-up funding about 3-6 million yuan (National Funding included).
6.Arranging work for spouses and implementing children’s admissions
7.All the above funds do not include funds from Hubei province or universities

Young Talents II
1.the position of senior professional title
2.abundant research rewards (bonus)
3.Provide annual salary of 600 thousand yuan (before tax)
4.Set a home fee of 1 million yuan (National Funding included) and provide convenient temporary houses
5.form an academic team to provide the necessary space needed for lab and office; provide research start-up funding about 2 million yuan (National Funding included).
6.Arranging work for spouses and implementing children’s admissions
7.All the above funds do not include funds from Hubei province or universities
