I submitted outside normal processing inquiry last week, and received this:
Type of service requested:
-- Outside Normal Processing Times


The status of this service request is:

Your case is currently delayed because the required security checks are still pending. We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of these security checks.

My case has not been updated since Apr 17th, did anyone know about this?
