第三国签被check不会收走护照
问题是你B2回美不能上学
找律师境内cos需要3-6月时间吧
要么就老实呆在美国不要出去，出去就要承担被check风险

我现在同交两份房租，不过房租都是给我同学了，幸好我同学在多伦多有房子...那你有考虑过回国呆段时间，等出签了再回多伦多吗？

我都等了这么久了，总是有种签证马上就要clear的错觉:-P

那我可以预留好check时间早点过去给签了，比如提前去续签，可能好一点

你要不要试一试给你们州的sentor发邮件，让他催一催你的签证？我准备check到一个月的时候这么干。马上就要开学了，我老板那边还有一堆活儿等着我干呢，不能连学也上不了了吧。

试过senator。。。以下是Chengdu consulate给senator Office发的：
Thank you for your inquiry on behalf of Senator XX regarding the visa application of Dr. X. This case is currently undergoing further administrative processing.

The administrative processing required for Dr. X's case takes a minimum of three to four weeks, and in many cases it can take longer. Processing times can vary greatly from individual to individual, so we are unfortunately not able to provide you or Dr. X with a definitive timeframe.

This additional processing is not done in Chengdu, nor does the Consulate have any control or discretion over these cases. We regret the delay, but we assure you that we will contact Dr. X as soon as we are able to proceed with the application.

If our office can be of further assistance in this or any other matter, please do not hesitate to contact us.

我刚刚给senator发邮件了，等等看吧，感觉希望不大啊
