湾区求职ChemE本科+4年R&D NPD工作经验

大家好，第一次在这个论坛发帖也不知道有没有人看。
先介绍一下自己，
韩小贝，女，绿卡，2014年WPI Chemical Engineering 毕业后一直工作了差不多四年。今年年初因为家里原因搬到湾区开始了漫长的找工作之旅。
之前从市的公司做的是 high frequency PCB material，我在R&D 的主要project就是 提高PCB 产品的导热性。四年里做过很多formulation 和 new material/process evaluation，从最开始的mixing到最后产品的testing都是自己做DOE。

我知道自己学历不高，经验也有待提高，所以只求做一个intermediate level 或者不同行业entry level的position！我的学习能力比较强，有独立思考能力，不管入什么行业都会自己多做研究以学习相关的知识。

第一次发帖本来要存一个草稿的没想到就这么发出来了。
紧接上文，工作的内容就是 从reach （阅读patent，journal 等文献）中得到新的想法并且设计实验，再开始做lab scale的prototype之后再测试产品的性能是否到达需求。将成功的project 从R&D 推广到pilot scale。同时有过自己建lab，购买，安装已经维护仪器的经验。因为做的是early stage project 所以经常和厂商和大学教授接触，有丰富的合作经验。同时我的工作需要时时和不同人群做presentation, 整理数据和口头表述能力强。

说一下自己的technical skill吧
● 4 years of R&D lab formulation experience.
● ​Familiar with key properties of different resins, ceramics, metals and solvents.
● Experienced in particle packaging and surface modification.
● Experienced in operating thermal, mechanical and chemical analytical equipment.
● Capable of shipping and handling hazardous material.
● Experienced in equipment maintenance and writing SOPs.
● Experienced with prepare CAPEX and equipment purchasing.
● Great verbal and written communication skills.
