H1B transfer pp approve 效率好高啊

从找到新工作就开始关注大家transfer时间线的帖子。今天也来贡献一条自己的数据。希望大家工作和手续都一切顺利！
H1b transfer pp timeline  California Service Center WAC18259513**

07/25        Submitted the files required by the lawyer08/09之前 LCA certified (律师没告诉具体哪天）
08/14       Filed the case with PPt3acres
08/15       Delivered to USCIS
08/16 TH  Received the email of receipt
08/20  M  Received the email of approval notice


PS. 律师公司是在亚特兰大的公司，不是地里常见的那几家。



律师方面：08/09之前没有怎么催，但是后来跟进的比较紧，感觉进度就快起来了。基本上要主动问才能知道新的进展，就勤快点问吧，还是律师的消息最快。我在https://my.uscis.gov/account 上注册了账户，不过目前还是显示Received

背景方面：专业是统计，H1B用了快一年，这是第一次transfer. 现在的工作和新工作的行业完全不一样，但是部门有点类似，都是analyst职位，和统计比较挂钩。

pp 不是暂时取消吗？难道是因为h1b transfer 好可以pp?

The suspension does not apply to:

Cap-exempt petitions that are filed exclusively at the California Service Center because the employer is cap exempt or because the beneficiary will be employed at a qualifying cap exempt institution, entity, or organization; or

I guess not impacted? And my case was approved before they announce it.

Keep asking them otherwise they won't give you any update until the final approval. At least it's the case with me.

我的律师可恶的一点是通过新老板传话，连我联系他的机会都不给我，新老板很忙我不敢烦她啊~~~~~
