H1B Pending期间申请新学校

所以现在能报十月底开学的cpt学校吗

我现在也在办理转sevis，学校dso给我了一个看起来很严重的提示：
Dear xxx,
You must request a transfer out online here.
..
Before we can authorize this transfer out I see you have a pending change of status application, you must confirm that you understand your H1B has the possibility to be denied if you transfer out to another university and could have an impact on future immigration status. If you still want to take this risk then please email us back saying you understand the implications and still would like to transfer out.

Also, please note, this is not something the ISSS recommends you do since you have a pending change of status, you should consult with an immigration attorney if you have further questions.

We will not authorize this transfer until we have in writing your understanding of the situation.

你的申请过程中有遇到这个提示吗？多谢

本来还想今天就转的，看了你这邮件又犹豫了，转学会有什么影响啊？好纠结

+1 同问，我律师明确说不会有影响，但是我还是纠结

我们学校没说的这么严重。。 我问了几个atterney说转学没事，ctp比较危险。所以我没有开CPT。。

我是在9/26 转的，就是capgap结束前。
