the same as your case, my attorney told me the RFE reason was SO, but she also asked to list out all relevant courses and match each course back to the job duties. In my opinion, it is QE not SO if we need to verify the course we took is relevant to the position, but it seems this year, some SO will also need to cover QE part to prove our educational background is the best fit to the position.

是的，感觉虽然问了一个so，但其实是so和be一起

没事没事，谢谢！我已经appeal了，虽然很不抱希望，公司表示要试试，还挺感动的。也在多手准备
