网申系统里说了要：**Certification of the availability of these funds should be "uploaded" below. Acceptable items include: bank statement showing current balance; copy of government contract/scholarship; or letter from sponsor certifying support. Most programs will not process an admission offer until these documents are received.
但这个东西要怎么写，父母写个证明签个名？还是要冻结存款什么的？
