让你先过院系的录取，不过对你好像挺感兴趣的，可以跟进

看下来感觉是模板和自己想法的结合体，或许可以从第一句话看出来是强committee？但也不一定，每所学校的每年的committee members都是变化的吧，而且也是保密的，老师一般也不会告诉你具体什么情况。另外，lz要申请什么专业的PhD呢？我是ECE/EECS，相似的话可以加个好友~
