1. Scan and upload yourtranscript/academic record into the online application.

Scan and upload a transcript/academic redord that displays yourname, the name of the institution, the institutional seal and signature of theRegistrar (or Recorder of Records Office). Do not upload advisingtranscripts or transcripts that you print directly from an internet website.PLEASE NOTE: Failure to include anelectronic copy of your transcript(s) with the online application will cause adelay in the processing of your application.

2. Send your officialtranscript/academic record to Rackham.

Electronic Option: E-transcripts may be sent by your institutionto Rackham at Rack-etranscripts@umich.edu. A transcript received from apersonal e-mail address will not be accepted. If your school also requires amailing address, use the one indicated below.

If being sent my mail, the official transcript must be mailed to:

RackhamGraduate School

Attn:Transcripts/U-M ID# (if known) or Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy)

University ofMichigan

Ann Arbor, MI48109-1070

DoNOT send yourofficial transcript by mail to the department.

It is your responsibility to request the release of any suchrecords from the institutions involved. If you have a foreign transcript, youmust include official transcripts, certificates and diplomas in the originallanguage and an official Engligh translation.

我理解的是要求寄到Rackham Graduate School，也就是他家的研究生院，而不用寄到具体的department去

所以肯定是要寄的，地址按照所给的填就行了

就是寄到研究生院，不要寄到你申的系。而且umich有自己官方的cover sheet，记得填
