TF has since added lots of educational material on their own website as well as all major MOOC platforms. Well worth a read.
Pay special attention to higher level ideas.
Nvidia courses have some good material on the lower level details, I honestly have not seen the material presented in this way anywhere else, more practical and useful for industrial use case than ALL of other sources combined. Roughly $30 per course, has some slides and a jupyter notebook, with the compute resource available for you too, the price is honestly very very reasonable.
The stuff that's TFX-like and that Nvidia is building is essentially changing the game - fundamentally change iteration speed, and tell apart companies that are able to iterate fast and win, vs everyone else.
