STAR Method -- For interview
Situation： Describe a specific event or situation that you were in. Who, where, when, what etc.
Task：Explain the task you had to highlighting any specific challenges or constraints e.g. deadlines, issues, costs.
Action：Describe the specific actions that you took to complete the task. These should highlight desirable traits the interviewer is looking for.
Result: Close with the result of your effort. Include figures to quantify the result if possible.

Elevator pitch example:
•        Nice to meet you Mr. Jones! I’m _____. I’m a senior in Mathematics and Actuarial Science that you graduated from!
•        Your talk, especially about the market trends in the risk management was very impressive to me. My career goal is to become a financial advisory consultant like you, especially in the field of risk consulting.  
•        One of my greatest strength is quantitative analysis skills that I believe your company is seeking for most positions. I have developed those skills through my course works and 640 hours of management internships in one of the big 4 accounting firms in India as well as in Citibank India.  
•        What skills does your company look for most in a candidate for the financial advisory consultant? …… (with a follow up for one skill mentioned)
