想问一下各位最近绿卡的批准率

HR应该就是嫌麻烦吧，你这要是没什么工作经验广告打出去筛不了人能收一堆简历。

但是tech不也是给好多new grad办卡，他们也没工作经验啊

最后要是在卡的问题上谈不拢的话应该就会去tech了

绝对没有这回事不要听HR瞎说，EB2最多被audit不会被拒的
如果没有排期的问题OPT是可以办绿卡的但是期间不能离境

Argue 啊！你可以这样写，我给你起个头，语气可以委婉一些,但是总之就是这么个意思：

To 3 stupid HRs,

There are only 3 years for H1B status which is very short. Applying me for a green card is not only important to me but also benefits the company in long term. The reason is simple, without your company sponsoring my green card, I cannot stay within the company long enough which is not good for the company nor for my career development. Applying me a green card will surely earn my trust and LOYALTY for your company. I will have the peace of mind to work hard, knowing my company is looking after me. It will be a wise investment for the company, which is why big techs like Google, Amazons are doing it.

However, if your company is not willing to sponsor me green card, I cannot accept the offer, knowing that the company is not willing to invest in me in the long term. Well guess what? I won't work for you in long term too. Even if I accept your offer, I will just screw around for a few years, practice my coding skills, watch youtube videos and browse 1point3acres for a few years and leave, jumping to your competitor who is willing to sponsor me.

By the way, the chance of getting checked has nothing to do with USCIS's recent tighten control over immigration, as long as the requirements are met, it can be approved. Time is money for Greencard so don't wast my time. So do your research and stop spreading FAKE NEWS!

哇，这位老哥这么给力，连邮件都替楼主写好了！楼主是会继续argue的，不过tech的面试还在等结果，等有了offer argue的底气才足一些。
