Proof from official documents (not photocopies) that this degree has been conferred will be required before admitted students are permitted to register for course work.
它说是before admitted students去register 才需要
到底要不要寄的？ 我看online application上已经有upload transcripts的入口了

不用寄，网申完的continued的什么里面有说，admission decision之后再寄

从官网上看到的 这句话就是说去register的时候才要official的？
刚在申请的时候已经upload transcripts了 而且我感觉这个网申系统的学校都不需要寄材料。所以个人推断应该不要 这样？
