CMU MISM-BIDA Kira 2019 面经

我刷的3个题是：
1. What are your motivations for applying to graduate studies at this pointof your career?
2. Describe a situation when your ethics were challenged and how you handleit and put your honesty into test?
3.  Give me an example of when you thought you were able to build motivationin your coworkers or peers.


拖延症患者一不小心拖到了拿到链接后第8天才提交，大概是不会有比我晚的了，怕是凉凉
根本原因还是自己太菜，口语写作双渣


Kira有个bug是可以刷新或者断网重来换一道题，这样就可以不断刷到自己准备好的topic
以及我是采用提前按面经写下逐字稿，然后对着屏幕念。。
和我一样的输出渣可以参考，总比硬上磕磕绊绊说不出个豆要好吧，大佬请无视
但也有看到说断网重连Kira后台会记录，可能会有negative impact，所以后来人参考请慎重

Tell us about a time when looking at a problem from a unique or unconventional angle helped you to come up with a solution.

Share a situation when you identified a certain factor that was contributing to a problem.
Describe a situation where you were able to identify a certain factor that was contributing to a problem.

Describe a situation where you build motivation among coworkers or peers.
Give me an example of when you thought you were able to build motivation in your coworkers or peers.

In team environments, we often have difficulties with other team members. Tell us when you've had difficulty with a team member because their perspective or approach may have been different than your own.

A significant amount of work we do at the Heinz college is project work, can you tell us of an example when you had to work with somebody and really helped them along and assisted them on the project.
We know that not every project ends in success. Tell us about a time that a project you were working on failed.

At the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University, we pride ourselves in our ability to multi-task. Tell us about a time when you had multiple things to do and how you handled that situation.

好像是三道题有不同的题库，所以三道题相互不会重复

里面有很多是前人的面经，不过是我遇到后把原问题粘下来了，也算是站在巨人的肩膀？

所以是收到链接到第8天也还可以录吗？也是拖延症马上快ddl了还没有准备好，收到快7天了
