刚刚完成了面试，check in了一个小时，三个题：
  1. describe a situation where you build motivation among coworkers or peers

  2.  Significant amount of work we do at the Heinz college isproject work, can you tell us of an example when you had to work with somebodyand really helped them along and assisted them on the project
  3. Tell us what's interesting about yourself, that is not reflected in any other applying materials.
