PP的有approve的吗？

在官网上往前往后随机查了一些号，发现有些号码已经approve了，有些显示RFE，不知道是transfer还是新的申请。地里有PP的收到移民局feedback了吗？

媳妇是ADV PP，4/16 号 notice date，现在还没任何消息。
在等一下，下周马上就开始处理PP啦。

应该不是new petition，或者是cap-exempt的申请，

Premium processing for H-1B cap-subject petitions will be offered in a two-phased approach during the FY 2020 cap season so USCIS can best manage the premium processing requests without fully suspending it as in previous years.
