有没有小伙伴收到的ciu回复邮件上写着别人的名字？

7月15日check至今，无update。8月5日给ciubeijing发了一封邮件。
今天第二次给ciubeijing发f-1 visa status inquiry的邮件，
发之前检查了很多遍case number和护照号都没有错。
收到ciu回复的邮件内容跟第一次的一模一样。
可是却是署名dear 其他人的名字 （跟我的性别、姓氏、名字字数都不一样）。
有小伙伴跟我一样吗？
我可不可以把这个理解为：ciu不是机器自动回复，而是人工ctrl c + v。所以绝对有人看到了我的邮件，但是她/他回复我的时候忘记把名字换了？
附上我收到的邮件（第一次的回复和第二次的回复除了名字都一样）

According to our records, you applied here for a visa on July 15th, 2019. In this case, the circumstances regarding your application mandated additional processing. The criteria and procedure for such cases is the same worldwide; the Embassy does not have the discretion to exempt individual applicants.

The vast majority of applicants whose cases are submitted for additional processing receive visas within 4-5 weeks. But it may vary from individual to individual. 对，北京是手动回复，他们有的时候会粗心大意把人名搞错。

我看田里另外一个帖子说15号的预测可能是26号？
