更新:  关于美国驻上海总领事馆领事服务受限的公告

促进赴美旅行是我们的首要任务之一。这个周末我们一直在努力解决影响了我们的领事服务的网络问题，并且已经取得了进展。

在此，我们建议申请者按照原计划进行签证面谈。同时，被技术问题延迟的签证申请也正在处理中。

如果您对您的申请有疑问，请于周一到周五（节假日除外）8:00到20:00拨打021-5191-5200, 或者发送邮件到: support-china@ustraveldocs.com。请注意九月二号星期一是美国节日，领事馆闭馆一天。

Update:  Interruption to U.S. Consulate General Shanghai’s Consular Services

Facilitating travel to the United States is one of our highest priorities.  We have been working hard throughout the weekend to fix recent network issues that have affected our consular services and have been making progress.

At this point, we advise visa applicants to plan on attending interviews as scheduled.  We are also working on previous applications delayed by our technical issues.

if you have questions about your application, please contact:021-5191-5200 from 8:00 to 20:00, Monday through Friday (except holidays), or send email to: support-china@traveldocs.com.  Please note Monday September 2nd is a U.S. holiday and the Consulate is closed.

美国驻上海总领事馆已经解决了之前影响我们领事服务的网络问题。所有领事服务目前已经完全恢复，领事处恢复正常工作。

我们正在尽可能加急处理网络服务受影响之前和期间已经批准的签证申请。对于已经预约了签证面谈时间的申请者，我们将可以进行正常的签证面谈。

对于计划预约签证面谈时间的申请者，建议按照以往正常的程序进行预约。

我们很高兴可以重新启动正常的领事服务，并正在认真工作以解决因为之前网络问题所导致的领事服务积压。我们衷心感谢您的耐心和理解。

UPDATE:  U.S. Consulate General Shanghai Consular Services Back to Full Operation

The U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai has resolved network issues that previously affected the ability to conduct visa services.  All consular services are fully restored and operations have returned to normal.  

We are working as expeditiously as possible to process visas for those applicants who were approved before and during the disruption.  For those who have an interview scheduled, we will be able to conduct a complete interview with standard processing times.

For those planning to schedule visa interviews, please proceed as per normal procedure.  

We are pleased to resume normal operations and are working diligently to clear any backlog that resulted from the disruption.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.
