反正PD是file PERM的时间，也就是18年初，排期一时半会也到不了。。

PD是file PERM的时间。
只是在你140 approval了之后，之前file PERM的那个PD才算确定下来。如果你的140没有批准就跳槽的话，那么在新公司重新开始绿卡申请，是不能用之前file PERM的时间的。

是的 周五收到perm approval消息 下个周五收到perm approval原件 再下一个周五file了140 pp

audit了不到俩月吧

。。。我去年9月开始办的，中间律师关键时间点出去度假了两次 一次半个月。。。我自费加急 I-140 7月approved的。。。你这速度实在是四大吗兄弟 怎么这么慢。。

我去年11月pwd，到现在perm还没交。。。。。律师跟一坨蜗牛一样

大公司普遍会慢一些 很多流程必须走。我同学在deloitte prevailing wage弄了快一年。。。

我们公司有专门的immigration HR，然后律所也是一次review不够，两次不够，还要有第二个律师review，心累
