求助！rfe的原因是SO，是否需要自己再找律师

如果，申请的title是Operations Research Analyst，hr自己也说是律师不靠谱（hr当时没有入职），选了一个重灾区title，而且jd还写的很简单，现在只能认真解释了。我觉得律师还是不够靠谱，即使交rfe的材料也怕黄，形势很不好。所以请大家指点是否需要自己找律师把关材料，有哪些需要注意的问题。另外，如果需要找律师，大家有没有推荐？看了地理的很多帖子，貌似曾辉律师推荐比较好。好不容易中签，真的不想明年再来一次，谁知道会发生什么呢。

律师发过来的SO要求如下，供大家参考：
Please provide the following:
An expanded job description which fully describes the skills required to perform the job, tools needed to perform the
job, and the service(s) to be provided. Please be sure that the job description includes specific job duties and the
percentage of time to be spent on each duty. Additionally, please ensure that the job description discusses why the work
to be performed requires the services of a person who has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related
field.
Organizational chart highlighting XXX's position on the team, as well as the other members of the team by name
and job titie. Please also include the educational (including field of study and level of study, i.e. Bachelor's degree
Master's degree, etc.) and experience requirements for the positions in the chart,
Job listings/position announcements for the Operations XXX job which establish that the degree requirement is
normally listed on the job postings (a sampling of both past and present job postings would be best);
Copies of diplomas and/or transcripts for other individuals with the organization holding the Operations XXX job
title which demonstrates that the Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is normal for the role. If
there are other individuals who will appear in the organizational chart requested above who have the Operations
XXX job title with a Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology, please provide copies of their degrees,
diplomas, or transcripts. For each individual that you provide educational documents for, please note that we will redact
any personal identifiable information;
Work product that XXX has completed which demonstrate and evidence the complexity and sophistication of her
job duties. Please also provide a description of each work product including its significance to the company and the
sophisticated tools, technologies, and/or skills required to complete the work; and
Copies of business plans, reports, presentations, evaluations, and/or critical reviews to demonstrate how company
products and services are distinct from others in the industry.

好的，就是因为看了原始的jd所以才觉得他们在糊弄，越发觉得不能信任他们。请大家一起帮忙看看。原始的jd如下：
THE SPECIALTY OCCUPATION
As a rapidly growing organization, we have and will continue to have sufficient specialty occupation work for the Beneficiary. We seek to employ Ms. XXX in the specialty occupation of Operations analyst in our office in NewYork City on a full-time and temporary basis.
In the professional position of Operations XXX, Ms. XXX will maintain and optimize our system for financial document analysis. She will manage crowd-sourced labor and analyze labor costs. She will manage XXX' operation website to maximize processing of a large volume of bank statement pages in a daily dynamic database; work with Engineering and Product Teams to analyze, optimize, and drive improvements on CURA system; and analyze our clients' various financial documents, such as bank statements and pay statements to identify process improvement opportunities and provide new solutions to reduce processing downtime. She will perform cost efficiency analysis and modeling and provide recommendation to Assistant Finance Director. Ms. XXX will also provide reports on key performance indicators reflecting the current state of operations and ongoing operation efficiency initiatives to our Chief Operating Officer and other management team members; and organize data for efficient tracking.
The position offered to Ms. Meng requires the services of an individual with the minimum educational credentials of at least a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, or a related field. This level of education is necessary to enable the beneficiary to effectively perform the highly specialized and complex tasks that are required for the position. An individual who has not received this level of formal education would be unable to perform the job duties required in this role
Ms. XXX will be a regular full-time employee of XXX, holding a normal position within our internal organization, and will be supervised and controlled by a XXX manager. Ms. XXX will not perform services at a third-party worksite. At all times during Ms. XXX's employment, XXX will have the right of control over her work and work product. In addition, she will be employed onsite at XXX' office in New York. Her job performance will be supervised and reviewed by an XXX manager and her salary and benefits will also be paid by XXX.

我的建议哈，JD具体化可以这样考虑：
1. 像是optimize our system for financial document analysis这种，那就说清楚，到底你们公司有什么financial doc analysis system，叫什么名字，需要什么model或者算法还是其他什么知识才会optimize这个系统~~假设你们公司有两个financail doc analysis系统，那这两个系统有哪里不一样呢？不一样的地方是不是需要不一样的知识呢？然后继续说为什么优化这个系统对公司很重要，因为提升效率？提升安全度？还是什么原因~~
2. CURA system又是个什么system，干什么的，（我和你说，像我这种外行不懂的部分，移民局的人也不懂···），和engineer和product team的人合作了哪些部分，为什么要和他们合作？是因为要分析他们提供的数据，还是你最后分析完的数据要给他们去做什么？~~
3. Cost efficiency analysis是做什么的，是不是一个很复杂的分析，一般都是本科的人才会的~~
我说的就是几个例子，楼主自己感受一下，发散思维~~怎么扩展要和律师讨论，律师得给你这样的指导才行，我当时就是问律师怎么扩展，打电话讨论，律师只给世界观不给方法论对我们来说是很难的~~不能说你律师写的特别差，也许在介绍公司的部分已经说明了那些system都是干什么的，不过确实还有很多可以具体化的空间~~

对，非常同意。我在纽约的一家fin tech，做的就是Operation analyst，申请的title是ORA，当时老板看了律师发过来的title和移民局提到的职责，觉得很match，所以用了这个title。自己当时也啥都不知道，等律师提交了材料才看到这个title很容易被rfe。回来再来看律师提交的jd也是很水。
我就是觉得自己的命运得自己把握，好不容易抽中了。今天联系了地里推荐的曾辉律师，但是打了电话之后让我发邮件，现在也没有任何音讯。真的是好急。
我昨天找hr要原始的jd，他就给我看了之前提交的SO部分，说按照那个来就好，那个我复印了一份，要发上来吗？也是昨晚上才知道，hr自己也只有三年的工作经验。。。
所以是一个完全不懂的老板（美国人），一个不怎么懂的hr，一个哄得老板信任她的律师，过去的就过去了，接下来jd扩展得好好写，但是还是想得到更具体的指导呀。

楼主。。。一样的code，一样的RFE。不反对楼主单独找律师，但是这个得看公司吧，公司乐意就没问题。另外我感觉这个list还是挺靠谱的，不像是很外行的律师发的呀。。。楼主第一次的jd写的有多简单？----------------------------
我有点懵逼，我突然发现我们刚刚互相回复了我之前发的帖子。。。我还说怎么这么多人是ORA突然现在RFE呢。。。

说起来都是两行泪，我真的自己看了都会rfe自己，写得太简单了。。。。。。哈哈，是的，我们在相互回复帖子呢。你的ddl是啥时候呢？
你是觉得他们写得比较专业吗？既然专业那当时写jd的时候咋不认真写呢

我的ddl是十一月中旬。
一般来讲第一个JD是HR或者hiring manager来写的。。。你说这些人能知道啥写出来个啥？？所以写的会比较白痴。
我觉得他的list和我去年第一次被RFE的准备list差不多（去年10月被approve的， statistician的code，SO）。我去年除了公司的律师，是有单独consult律师的，然后自己准备了所有材料。我看了你的list我感觉律师搞得挺全的啊，点都touch到了。
我记得你跟我讲过job duty要你自己来扩展吧？你自己能写就好。我去年被RFE的时候，发现律师给我写了4行的job duty - 牛逼吧，就4行的job duty！！！我只能RFE response的时候老老实实的在他那4行job duty之下扩展。

我自己找了second opion律师 也是曾晖律师 蛮负责仔细的 RFE顺利approve了 给你做参考

如果我跟你说这个看上去很全的律师，实际上在写jd的时候也只写了五条，你会怎么想。。。我看到原始的时候，我真的是气死了。。。这样写肯定被rfe啊。还是得自己上心，想想得找second opinion律师了。

太感谢你的回复了，我自己和他们联系联系。另外，能参考一下second opinion律师大概花多少钱吗？或者你有律师直接的联系方式推荐吗？

楼主得说一下自己的公司是做什么行业的，你大概是做什么部分的，地里的同学才能提供更多的建议吧~~让细化JD是既定程序了，但是如何能细化好才是重点，才对律师的水平有要求~~直说“细化”“拓展”而没有律师的具体指导的话，我们根本不知道往哪个方向写~~
second opinion已经很普遍了，我还知道几个同学公司不同意换律师，还是找其他律师second opinion了，自己的命运要自己把握呀~~不过在公司不同意的情况下找别的律师的前提是你能拿到足够的材料，比如最初4月份提交的材料，新律师得对照着原始材料才能知道怎么帮你，不然像JD这种也不能重新给你写一份和原来的完全不一样的~~
