紧急求助 教授回复如此 如何追问

我套磁的教授对我说他没funding了 但我条件不错 让我问问他们院长 谁会有funding 于是院长回复我说
Thank you for your email and interest in my research program.  Unfortunately, I do not have funding to add any new students to my research group in fall 2013.  Your application is still under review by our department, and there is a possibility you could be offered a research assistantship by another faculty member.  I wish you best of success in your career endeavors.
他指的another faculty 是已经有人愿意考虑我了 还是让我问问别人的意思？

哎 教授回复都说木有钱 而且现在还有13所学校没消息 超级慢
