rej from UTexas CS, 附小秘邮件

先前已经从一个老师那里获知UTexas的CSPhD已经录的差不多了，所以再问小秘只是为了确认下，in review状态太幻觉了……

小秘的邮件内容：

Thank you for your application to our CS department. While the review
process is officially still ongoing, we are writing to inform you that
most of our decisions have already been made and accepted applicants
have been notified. I regret to inform you that we will not be able to
offer admission to the Ph.D. program in Computer Science at the University
of Texas.
