EAD Extension被寄丢了的辛路历程，求大米！

具体情况： 在2019.5.30 号收到的case was received. 安静的等待了三个月， 在8.28号收到的卡已经制作完成会收到了另外一份notification。一直在check mailbox 也收到了notification，但是 uscis过两天应该更新了the Post Office delivered your new card + tracking number。因为一直在看mailbox， 并没有注意到uscis上面更新的状态，直到09.08才发现自己的卡被邮寄丢了。然后就去usps找， 负责人态度还是很好的，说帮我找，但是也只是说说而已。。。自己在邻居周围粘贴了些“小广告”， 但是被快递大妈说了一顿，不让我这么做，但还是尽可能的告诉邻居我很重要的卡丢了，希望能有人找到还回来。 结果一直没有，上网查了好多类似情况，有说给uscis打电话，给议员打电话的，也只是发泄下情绪没有实际用途（我是这样认为的）。 我也打客服问了uscis， 他让我去online开一个uscis account， request一个丢失ead卡的申请， 会有客服在30天之内回复， 等了30天， 并没有任何鸟用。。。回复大概就是我们没有收到任何邮件从usps退回来的ead卡。在等客服回复的同时，我开始着手申请重新补办， 比较节约时间。
usps帮我开了一个证明，大概就是我没收到卡，他们的责任。之后联系学校， 查询需要的材料重新申请一个i20（因为签名要在30天内有效）需要重新交钱，选项是replacement，需要自己个letter解释发生的情况。

在09.26号再次收到case was received， 11.01号收到了 we mailed your new card for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization的更新，打电话要了tracking number之后在11.05收的卡。 （之前打电话问过，客服说replacement会快些，好在在感恩节之前到了，水逆结束了。。。）

希望小伙伴们都不要发生类似事件呀，太苦逼了。。。一定要边check mailbox， 一边check uscis的状态！！！及时找usps，我是晚了10天才发现丢了的，工作人员说10天太久。。。

求些大米，养家糊口呀！！

下面是我们学校给我回复要准备的东西，可能每个学校不一样，仅供参考哦。
a lost EAD, you will have to submit a new application, including the $410 fee:

$410 check or money order payable to the “U.S. Department of Homeland Security” - write your name and I-94 number on the memo part of the check
Two-color photos - write your name and I-94 number on the back of each photo
Completed Form G-1145
Completed Form I-765 (2-page form; Type or print in BLACK ink)
On page 1, check the box, Item 1b for “Replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged EAD"
Copies of all I-20s – You will need a new I-20 to include a copy with your application, as the I-20 must have been signed within 30 days of being received by USCIS.
Copies of passport pages
Copy of most recent F-1 visa
Copy of most recent I-94 (print at https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home)
A copy of the approval notice you received
A copy of the previous EAD for OPT
A copy of diploma
A letter explaining the circumstances—your EAD shows as delivered, but you have not received it. It appears it was lost in the mail.
You will mail the documents to the Service Center which approved your I-765.
