EB1B需要pp吗

现在file EB1B还需要PP吗？
我的想法是反正也交不了485，等4个月和等15天貌似也没区别？因为PD也是一样的。

我这么问是因为律师说PP和不PP审核的人不一样，PP具有一定的偶然性。

不知各位大佬怎么看

Per Company’s policy, EB-1’s are not premium processed. Company’s policy to not premium process your EB-1 is in response to a trend of really unfortunate arbitrary denials we were seeing from USCIS specifically from the premium processing unit that adjudicates these cases. In order to give people the best chance at success with their petition, it's best that their cases are not reviewed by the premium processing unit, but the other officers who will give substantive review to the evidence and issue a decision based upon the merits of the case, rather than the crunched timeline they are forced into under premium processing.

因为有排期，所以加急与否不那么重要。我个人认为，用加急的钱，不如自己再申请eb1a或者niw做个保险。

PP好像不影响通过率，早知道结果也挺好。

楼主哪家的，我🐶家，律师也说过类似的话。可能是确有其事。
