ResearchAssistant positions are available for Ph.D. candidates with Dr. Zhifang Wang atDepartment of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Virginia CommonwealthUniversity (VCU). Dr. Zhifang Wang is an internationally known scholar in thegeneral area of power system analysis and controls, electricity market, andsmart grid communication, including but not limited to cascading failures inpower grids, energy system modeling and optimization, integration of renewablegeneration into power markets, and voltage stability and controls.
