Video Portfolio求指导

You are required to submit a Video Portfolio as a URL link to a Vimeo/YouTube/GoogleDrive/Dropbox page.
Instructions:
Create a video that introduces yourself and demonstrates your interest in the Biological Sciences Department.

Please answer the following questions:
1)      What interests you in this program?
2)      What qualities do you bring to this program and FSU?
3)      What are your career aspirations?


版主申请的是佛罗里达州立大学的Biological Sciences.
开始提交时候没有这一个要求，提交了几天后回来检查清单时候发现多了这个要求，我想知道这样的视频大概录几分钟好呢？
2-3min够吗?另外这三个问题中第二个该怎么回答？求指导！
最后还想知道忽然有这个要求是什么意思，申请前的说明中是没有这个要求的，是过了第一轮筛选嘛?
