最近I-140有被处理的吗

11/26 I-140 Filed with PP, 到今天都没消息，只是在12/03 check被cashed，律师也不给case number，不是PP应该15天出结果吗，无语了

经过跟律师一天的邮件吵架，终于拿到receipt number，发现12/6早已经approve了，WTF

Premium processing provides expedited processing for Form I-129, Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker, and Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker. Specifically, we guarantee processing within 15 calendar days to those who choose to use this service, or we will refund the premium processing service fee and will continue with expedited processing.
The 15 calendar day period will begin when we properly receives the current version of Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, at the correct filing address noted on the form. We will either issue an approval notice, denial notice, notice of intent to deny, request for evidence or open an investigation for fraud or misrepresentation within the 15 calendar day period. If the petition requires the submission of additional evidence or a response to a notice of intent to deny, a new 15 calendar day period will begin when we receive a complete response to the request for evidence or notice of intent to deny.

谢谢祝福，刚查了下应该是15个calender day, 不过是从USCIS收到表的那天算起，哎，天天催律师，今天早上告诉我他们貌似收到receipt notice了，但是死活不告诉我case number，ogletree的律师真心好差，继续等待ing

我从周一就开始问律师要case number，律师开始说没收到receipt，昨天告知他们的确已经收到receipt，但是还是不给case number，不明白律师留着case number不做事，他们上去USCIS查一下不就看到结果了吗？真心对Ogletree的律师失望，已经escalate到公司Immigration team

15 个工作日吧？？

郁闷，刚看到地里有人12/4 I-140 filed with PP, 12/11 approved, 真是神速啊

刚刚收到律师发的receipt number，查了一下已经approve了， 祝楼主好运~
