果家DS的一道SQL题

发一道最近面的果家的SQL题，对于其中如何把时间range转成对应年的月份毫无头绪，发上来求大牛指点交流一下

S是订阅的id， PID是userID   T1 ~T8 是订阅开始和结束的timestamp：

想问一下只有一个table嘛？ 而且题目就是T1，T2...T8的形式吗？不是具体的什么时间？然后是要把这8个时间段转化成月份吗？
