Per nytimes, Trump is expected to announce a pause in issuing green cards, but backed off plans to also halt guest worker programs.

the article states that he has backed off plans to also halt guest worker programs that bring farm laborers, high-tech employees and others to the United States using special visas.

I would imagine H1b will be included. It says that he will discuss details during his task force briefing on Tuesday.

我猜是在境内的H1B不受影响 但是在境外申请的可能短期无法入境了

据说境内的要重新提交LCA, 这个存量这么大…移民局和劳工局来得及处理么？
