参议院今日通过一项大约4,800亿美元的救济方案

此方案中的救济基金会用于救济受疫情影响的小企业和为医院提供资金、扩大病毒的测试。其中3,100亿美元授权用于“薪水保护计划（Paycheck Protection Program）”，有600亿留给小型贷款机构，其余还将用于“紧急经济伤害灾难贷款计划（Emergency Economic Injury Disaster Loan program）及小型企业管理局的开销。

This relief fund is used to relieve small businesses affected by the epidemic and provide funds for hospitals to expand virus testing. Of which $310 billion is authorized for the "Paycheck Protection Program", $60 billion is reserved for small lenders facilities, and the rest will also be used for the "Emergency Economic Injury Disaster Loan program" and Small Business Administration expenses.  source
