贴一下关于川普suspend immigration EO的律师回复

最近正在办理H1B transfer，今天早上向律师询问我case的进度。顺便问了一下律师对于川普suspend immigration executive order会不会影响H1B transfer办理的解读。得到的答复如下，分享给地里的朋友们看看。
The Executive Order regarding a temporary suspension of immigration into the US appears to apply only to those seeking immigrant visas, and may last for 60 days.  
This means individuals currently outside the US, and seeking immigrant visa stamps (for consular post "green card" cases) to enter the US.

The EO is not expected to impose restrictions on individuals planning travel into the US with non-immigrant visas, such as H-1B, L-1, etc., or impact green card processing in the US, such as PERM LC, and I-140 filed with agencies here in the US.

Overall, the situation is fluid. When a draft EO and/or final EO are available, check back for input.

只要是临时签证就不怕呢 f1 h1b都不用怕
