Financial analyst Perm master or bachelor degree?

大家好，

我是master degree with 5yr work experience. 现在在西海岸某科技公司。今天律师说，DOL thinks senior financial analyst should have no more than 2yr work experience under bachelor degree. Otherwise, it’s not normal and require business justification.

想问问身边朋友有没有遇到过类似情况？是不是还是尽量争取master & 3yr work experience or plus...怕设限太低之后打广告麻烦😱😱

跟你是相同的情况，律师也是这样说的，在申请PWD时律师和HR经过讨论，建议按照bachelor degree申请。后来打广告后并没有人来应聘。
