加州州长概述该州重新开放的计划

加州州长Newsom表示，第一阶段仍是保持居家状态待上升曲线平稳，第二阶段会开始开放低风险工作场所，如无法远程办公的零售业，并希望学校能在7月末8月初重新开放。再下一阶段的开放体育馆、沙龙等需与客户密切接触的业务将再等几个月而不是等几周。

Governor Newsom said that the first stage is still to maintain the home state and wait for the rising curve to be stable. The second stage will begin to open low-risk workplaces, such as the retail industry that cannot remotely work, and hopes that the school will reopen at the end of July and early August. In the next stage of opening, gyms, salons and other businesses that require close contact with customers will be opened in a few months instead of weeks.  source
