美联储承诺在就业率回升，通货紧缩结束前将继续保持接近零的利率

在联邦公开市场委员会会议后的声明中，美联储表示在经济再次达到充分就业和2%的通胀率之前，将采取宽松政策。政策其中一项就是在经济复苏前美联储会将基准利率维持在0左右。

The Federal Reserve kept its benchmark interest rate anchored near zero and pledged to keep it there until the economy recovers. A statement following the Federal Open Market Committee meeting pledged accommodative policy until the economy again reaches full employment and 2% inflation.  source
