加州将成为第一个给选民发送邮递选票的州

加州州长签署了关于邮递选票的行政令，因受新冠影响，加州承诺11月大选的选票将会通过邮递的方式寄给所有注册登记的选民，以保证选民们的公共安全。该州也成为首个将以邮递方式寄送选票的州。

The Governor of California signed an executive order on postal ballots. Due to the impact of the coronavirus, California promised that the ballots for the November general election will be mailed to all registered voters to ensure the public safety of voters.
