WHO警告已放宽限制和重新开放的国家，新冠病例开始激增

世界卫生组织 (WHO) 周一表示，已经看到新冠病例在一些放宽限制或重新开放的国家有所激增，这将成为各国未来面临的一大挑战。并称任何国家在取消限制令之前，都应该有进行测试和追踪病例的地方，并备有基础隔离措施，否则就可能出现病例激增等系列问题。

The World Health Organization (WHO) said on Monday that it has seen a surge in coronavirus cases in some countries where restrictions have been relaxed or reopened, which will become a major challenge for countries in the future. He also stated that any country should have a place for testing and tracing cases before removing the restraining order, and have basic isolation measures, otherwise a series of problems such as a surge in cases may occur.  source
