【回复必加大米】签证状态从ap变成refused但是没有update

各位论坛大大们好，第一次发帖。

如题，楼主1月10日在安家楼面签，被告知ap，之后一直都在关注自己的签证状态，但一直没有update。直到今天状态从ap变成了refused，但是last updated依然是1月10日。如下图。

我在想，如果是状态从ap更新到refused的话，last updated日期不应该是refused的那一天吗（比如今天），但它依然是我面前的那一天。

还有个情况，我在网页上和通过邮件查询自己的护照状态，都是no information。

请问我这种情况正常吗？我应该怎么办呢？撤销重签还是继续等？还是有什么其他的做法？

楼上说得都对，应该只是travel ban的影响不是个人原因，放宽心～

系统自动的。继续等等吧。

上面写了，在ap时  your case will remain refused。

lz安心，travel ban之后好像ap都改成refused了，换了个名字而已

这个困惑暂时解决了。兑现了承诺，给截至目前的回复也加了大米，也等于给自己攒点儿人品吧。收到了一封大使馆的邮件，全文如下，希望对有类似困惑的兄弟姐妹有所帮助吧。

Dear Mr. Ma,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding your nonimmigrant visa application status.

On March 3, 2020, the Department of State made an update to the Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) website, our online portal for visa applicants. When checking the status of your application on our website, applications which were undergoing administrative processing now indicate that they are “Refused”. This is an administrative change to more accurately communicate case status to applicants. It serves to clarify for applicants that if their CEAC status displayed “Administrative Processing,” their case was refused and would remain refused while undergoing such processing. There are cases which we are currently unable to process because of the Presidential Proclamation on Suspension of Entry into the United States of Foreign Nationals Who Pose a Risk of Transmitting 2019 Novel Coronavirus which will also display this status.

Rest assured, if the officer said your case was in administrative processing, or you received communication from the consular section regarding the status of your case, that information is still valid. If a consular officer does determine that you are ineligible or that your application does not meet the requirements to receive a nonimmigrant visa, you will at that point receive written notification of this decision.

We hope this information is helpful and we regret any confusion this change may have caused.
