高科技工作者正在考虑逃离硅谷

In San Francisco, said several employees have discussed plans to move out of the Bay Area with the company. But this will raise some complicated questions: If employees move to a cheaper place, should Twilio adjust their salaries accordingly? Will the relocated employees have the same career promotion opportunities as everyone else? Companies such as Facebook, Google, and Apple have built huge parks to provide lunches, gyms, bicycles, and even laundry services. The company also provides Wi-Fi-equipped commuter buses for employees living two hours away.
