WeWork提供的办公场所基本无法使用，但其仍在收取租金

三月初疫情爆发时，WeWork提供的办公室越来越脏，保护措施完全没有做到位，只放置了一些洗手液。后面疫情变得越来越严重，WeWork提供的办公地点也出现有人确诊新冠，客户们相继开始在家办公，并向WeWork提出办公地点并未被大家使用（都在家办公），要求其减免租金。WeWork不但不减免，还继续强硬的收取客户的租金，这让客户们感到非常不满。现已有来自纽约，洛杉矶和哥伦比亚特区的20多家小企业成立了一个团体来抗议WeWork的做法，有客户已经聘请律师至信给WeWork，如果不满足租客提出的租金减免和退款要求，律所将寻求仲裁庭来对此争议进行裁判。WeWork回复此信，要求对方提供其抗议代表的名单，拒绝对法律纠纷和客户投诉发表评论。
